Acceptance of terms

By accessing SpiritualConnection.in, creating an account, ordering, or booking, you accept these Terms & Conditions and the policies on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting under Indian law. If you act for another person or organisation, you confirm you are authorised.

Products & services

We may offer gemstones, crystals, puja items, personalised or energised products, puja bookings, astrology consultations, and digital services. Natural and handmade items may vary slightly in colour, texture, size, and pattern from images. Availability can change without notice.

Pricing policy

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery, customisation, and other charges appear at or before checkout. We may correct listing errors and change future prices without notice.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt, not guaranteed acceptance. We may limit or cancel due to non-availability, payment failure, inaccurate details, suspected fraud, serviceability, or an obvious pricing/listing error. Eligible prepaid amounts for orders we cancel are returned to the original payment method.

Payment terms

Online payments are securely processed by the PhonePe Payment Gateway. Available UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other methods appear at checkout. An order is confirmed after successful authorisation. We do not control payment-provider downtime, declines, or settlement delays.

Shipping terms

Physical orders normally process in 1–2 business days and ship through Shiprocket and its courier partners. Estimated delivery is 3–4 business days after dispatch, subject to serviceable PIN codes and events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy.

Cancellation policy

Contact us promptly. Cancellation may be accepted only before processing, personalisation, energisation, consultation scheduling, puja preparation, or dispatch begins. Once any begins, cancellation may not be possible. Eligible prepaid cancellations follow our refund policy.

Return & refund policy

Eligible requests must be raised within 1 day of delivery. Exclusions and the full process are in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The website name, logo, design, text, graphics, photographs, descriptions, videos, and original content are owned by or licensed to SpiritualConnection.in. They may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without written permission except as allowed by law.

User responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment details; secure your account; use the site lawfully; do not interfere with security or submit fraudulent, abusive, or infringing content; and check suitability and safe-use instructions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SpiritualConnection.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; personal expectations or spiritual outcomes; third-party interruption; or events beyond reasonable control. Total liability for a paid item or service will not exceed its amount paid. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities are not excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forum or dispute-resolution rights.
